Record breaking call for abstracts

oxford1The 13th Reinventing Space conference, to be held during November in Oxford, has attracted a record number of abstracts during the Call For Abstracts period which closed on Friday 17 July.

89 abstracts were received in total, breaking the record of the 12th RIspace, held at the Royal Society in London. The 2014 event itself saw the most abstracts received in the history of the conference, which has been held annually since 2001.

As a result, to accommodate more presetnations, the organisers have decided to add an extra day to the conference. RIspace 2015 will now begin one day earlier – on Monday 9 November.
